Nicaraguan Fina El Limoncillo Pacamara Peaberry - Fratello cupped this coffee at an 89.5, but if you were to include the look of these giant beans when scoring, this coffee would have been well into the 90’s. This coffee has a spicy orange and fresh pine aroma which is complimented by the thick & syrupy mouth feel. Flavor notes of black-bing cherry, candied cloves and apple pie are brightened with the delicate grapefruit acidity.

Guatemalan Nueva Granada Estate Rainforest Alliance - Fratello gives this a Cupping Score of 87.6 – Nutty & chocolate orange aromas prepare you for the dark chocolate and creamy/silky mouth feel with lingering and zesty orange acidity. 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified!

Brazil Sete Cachoeiras Estate Rainforest Alliance - This coffee is still from the Santos region in Brazil, but Fratello is now sourcing this spectacular coffee in a direct trade relationship with the Sete Cachoeiras Estate. This coffee is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified and has an amazing chocolate almond taste with aromas of walnuts. This coffee was recently recognized by the SCAA as one of the top 3 Rainforest Alliance coffees from Brazil.
LIGHT/MEDIUM ROAST
- Ethiopian Sidamo - This very aromatic coffee has a winey character with succulent undertones.
- 100% Colombian Supremo - Premium Colombian coffee - full in flavor. A classic cup of coffee.
- Mexican Pluma - A sweet nutty flavor and wonderful aroma are found in this high grown coffee.
- Kauai Blend - A blend consisting of 20% Kauai beans with American coffees for an intriguingly smooth taste.
- Acid Jazz - Colombian Supremo enhanced with Kenya AA to delight your taste buds.
- Costa Rican Coopedota Tarrazu - Fratello gives this coffee a Cupping Score of 88.6 and found that this fully washed, high altitude coffee has an extremely clean taste, with a creamy and toffee like body. What really stood out is the lingering bright and sparkling orange acidity. You can also pick up a slight spicy (nutmeg) note in the aromas.
- Mocca Java –A classic blend of Ethiopian "Mocca" and Sumatra "Java" beans. A complex cup of coffee with a full-bodied flavor and earthy undertones.
