This pulped natural or "Honey Coffee" is a pleasant departure from the Classic Wet Processed or Fully Washed coffee so prevalent in Central America. A Pulped Natural or "Honey Prep" Semi-washed coffee has been dried without the skins but with the sticky fruit pulp stuck to the beans. This results in an amazing cup with intense aromatics and great acidity!
