I compare all coffee to this one. I brew it in my OPOD on the tea setting. It has a nice subtle character, nice complexity, no bitterness at all...extremely low acidity...it is my favorite cup of coffee! Medium Roast with a medium mouth feel and needs to be brewed on the tea setting to really get the extraction to give it the character and complexity it deserves. It has a slight more than pleasant nutty finish. I drink it black. One excellent cup! I keep coming back to it after trying now over 70 different high quality pods. This one is the best in my book! However it must be fresh!! Check the date and make sure the pouch isnt ripped...I havent had a ripped one yet but did get some expired stuff from a different vendor!
